Pension Protection Act of 2006.

As we went to press, President Bush had just signed the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (P.L. 109-280), a comprehensive reform package affecting many types of employer plans. See the November November: see month. 2006 issue for coverage of the legislation's many changes.
