Pennichuck Acquires Community Water System In Bow, NH.


MERRIMACK, N.H. -- Pennichuck East Utility Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pennichuck Corporation, recently announced that it has acquired a newly constructed community water system in Bow, NH. The system provides water service to 120 customers in a new subdivision known as Stone Sled sled, vehicle that moves by sliding. A sledge is typically a heavier, load-carrying sled drawn by a horse or dog, while a sleigh is a partially enclosed horse-drawn vehicle with runners that has seats for passengers.  Farm. Pennichuck Vice President, Bernard Rousseau, said, "Bow is a growing community where we have acquired several water systems and operating contracts for community water systems that have come on line. The Town has taken a very serious interest in the development of water systems and we are pleased to be their partner in the process." To date, Pennichuck provides service to over 500 residents in Bow. Since 2004, Rousseau has served as an active member of the town's Drinking Water drinking water

supply of water available to animals for drinking supplied via nipples, in troughs, dams, ponds and larger natural water sources; an insufficient supply leads to dehydration; it can be the source of infection, e.g. leptospirosis, salmonellosis, or of poisoning, e.g.
 Protection Committee.
