Penn State University and DAU sign strategic partnership agreement.

Under the terms of this agreement, DAU and Penn State will collaborate on research projects in the area of supply chain management, and DoD AT & L workforce members will have opportunities to earn online a special Certificate in Supply Chain Management from a recognized leader in this area of concentration.
