Penn Federal building leased.

Weichert Commercial, Realtors was selected one and one half years ago as exclusive broker by Penn Federal Savings Bank to lease vacant office space in the bank's 44,000-square-foot headquarters office building. Today, Weichert Commercial President Ronald Mahr, SIOR, announced 100 percent occupancy in the West Orange building.

Penn Federal had the building, located at 622 Eagle Rock Avenue, built for their headquarters five years ago. The building was constructed larger than necessary in anticipation of future expansion During the past year, Weichert Commercial Vice President Marv Fromkin leased 15,000 square feet to various tenants, including the law firm of Williams & Russoniello, Seaward Corporation, Dr. Andrew Brafman, Dr Robert Modlinger and John Renna.
