Third-party petition seeking indemnification or contribution from the Board in connection with a claim asserted against defendant Whalen alleging tortious interference with a contract.

Board of Governors, No. 1:98CV03116 (WBB)(D.D.C., filed December 22, 1998). Declaratory judgment action challenging Board labor practices. On February 26, 1999, the Board filed a motion to dismiss the action.
