ACORN Engineering's Penal-Pak wall shower is from a series of products designed to be tamperproof. It is designed for use in prisons. The shower head is vandal-resistant with the nozzle threaded into the body of the shower and locked into place by a set screw (Mach.) a screw, sometimes cupped or printed at one end, and screwed through one part, as of a machine, tightly upon another part, to prevent the one from slipping upon the other.

Tool, usually operated by hand, for tightening bolts and nuts. A wrench basically consists of a lever with a notch at one or both ends for gripping the bolt or nut so that it can be twisted by a pull at right angles to the axes of the lever
 inserted through the nozzle. The shower head is made of chrome-plated brass. The shower is activated by a tamper To meddle, alter, or improperly interfere with something; to make changes or corrupt, as in tampering with the evidence.  resistant push button, which can be adjusted to allow water spray from five to 60 seconds. The shower can be used for walls as thick as eight inches. It must be purchased from a company wholesaler.
