 Asian Diner introduces Thai Dynamite - a limited time feature dish available as a salad or an entree.

Corporate Executive Chef Eric Justice drew inspiration for this dish from his recent travels through Southeast Asia Southeast Asia, region of Asia (1990 est. pop. 442,500,000), c.1,740,000 sq mi (4,506,600 sq km), bounded roughly by the Indian subcontinent on the west, China on the north, and the Pacific Ocean on the east.  with renowned Asian cuisine expert Mark Miller. The bold flavors of this new Thai inspired dish are reminiscent of the spicy, soy and kaffir lime flavors found in sauces sold at street markets all across Thailand.

* Thai Dynamite Salad combines your choice of crispy shrimp, chicken, or pork wok-cooked in a tangy, yet sweet blend of soy, Sriracha chile and fresh lime and served on a mix of seven baby greens, rice noodles, carrots, crisp long beans, chopped tomatoes, Japanese cucumber and Thai basil tossed in a Thai Sweet Chile dressing.
