See Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE). ; ME) today announced that it has received copies of press releases that have been issued by the Department of Justice, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), independent agency of the U.S. government, with headquarters in Washington, D.C. It was established in 1970 to reduce and control air and water pollution, noise pollution, and radiation and to ensure the safe handling and , and the Gros Ventre and Assiniboine Tribes of the Fort Belknap Reservation stating that separate actions have been filed in federal district court alleging that Zortman Mining Inc. and Pegasus have violated provisions of the Clean Water Act. These suits relate to the same circumstances alleged by the State of Montana in their complaint filed in October 1993 as previously disclosed. The Company has not been served with the complaint filed in the case and therefore, has not had an opportunity to review the allegations. Further disclosure will be made when appropriate.
