CHICAGO -- Peerless Industries, Inc., the industry leader in professional-grade audio/visual mounting solutions, announced today their merger with BBG Distribution Ltd., one of the leading distributors of European brands in the audio/visual attachment and peripheral market throughout the United Kingdom. This merger expands Peerless' position as the leading world-class manufacturer and distributor of a full range of audio/visual products and services for both the retail and commercial marketplace.

BBG will continue trading as BBG Distribution Limited and distributing the existing line up of BBG brands, but will become a subsidiary of Peerless Industries, Inc. Gordon Dutch will remain as managing director for BBG and has joined the advisory board of Peerless in the US.

From its 20,000 square-foot headquarters in Watford, England, BBG will continue to deliver products and services that create and enable an unparalleled audio/visual experience, including flat panel mounts, projector mounts, A/V carts/stands from Peerless, A/V furniture from Ateca and Gokeda, A/V cables from Bandridge and Profigold and AM branded products such as screen cleaners and a full assortment of accessories for both the retail and commercial distribution.
