RealtyTracer is the next installment in the PeakTrack series of vertical market Internet information management applications for small- to medium-sized businesses. The PeakTrack series is based on the NetMagnet core technology (an overview is located at http://www.peak.com/nmtech.html). Current PeakTrack applications include Small Business, Law and Realty.

"CAC's Access Navigator/GR-303 is the right size and price to help us compete with the RBOCs & CLECs for customer access lines," said Bill Stipe, vice president of network engineering. "By enabling us to provide CLASS-featured voice and high-speed data services, this product will help us succeed in the ever increasing demand for multi-line voice and data services market."

"We've developed the Access Navigator/GR-303 over the last 12 months to provide a new distributed voice and data service model that our competitive carrier customers have been asking for," said Roger Koenig, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. "The Access Navigator solves the equipment provisioning and digital access cost problems faced by competitive carriers."

With both NEBS and customer premises certifications, the Access Navigator/GR-303 can be located in carrier racks or on customer walls. The power of a 32 T1 port voice and data switch/concentrator is contained in only 1-1/2 rack units. Its quad-modular design scales from 4 to 32 T1/CSUs providing connections to customer access lines, Class 5 digital switches, and/or data switch/routers.

The Access Navigator/GR-303 provides service management access via Ethernet SNMP, Telnet CLI (1) (Call Level Interface) A database programming interface from the SQL Access Group (SAG), an SQL membership organization. Flow-through provisioning and testing over T1 connections from the Access Navigator/GR-303 to CAC's Access Bank II/SNMP units reduce truck rolls and improve voice and data service availability at customer locations. Using the redundancy capabilities of GR-303 voice trunks, the Access Navigator offers T1 line failure protection at "virtual on-net" customer buildings.

The Access Navigator/GR-303 will be unveiled at Comnet'99 in Washington, D.C., booth No. 1747.
