Peak Medical Corp. to purchase Okla. SNFs.


Oklahoma's Health Department has given Albuquerque-based Peak Medical Corp. permission to buy seven nursing homes owned in part by Jim Smart, who was convicted last fall for offering a bribe BRIBE, crim. law.
