Peabody Hotel Group is expanding its portfolio of Peabody-flagged meeting hotel properties and now flies the flag in Memphis, Tennessee For the ancient Egyptian capital, see .

Opened in 1986 with 891 rooms and 57,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, The Peabody Orlando is strategically located opposite the 1.5 million-square-foot (soon to be 2.5 million-square-foot) Orange County Convention Center The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is the primary public convention center in Central Florida. THE PEABODY LITTLE ROCK

The newest Peabody flag was hoisted January 31, 2002 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Following a $40 million reconstruction, renovation, and redecoration of all 418 guest rooms and 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, the new hotel emerged as a powerhouse in the meetings and conventions business. Meeting planners appreciate indoor escalators and stairways connecting to the 200,000-square-foot Statehouse state·house also state house

 Convention Center. The Peabody Little Rock also provides the catering and banquet services for the center. The hotel's conference center is being refurbished and reconfigured and will be open by year's end.
