Payformance Health Hires Healthcare Industry Leader Lisa Miller.


JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Payformance Health, the nation's leading provider of EFT and ERA solutions, has hired Lisa Miller as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of HealthCare Professional Services, the company announced today.

Miller currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange WEDI, pronounced "wee dee" is a not-for-profit user group in the United States for users of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in public and private healthcare. The organization is sometimes referred to by other names that include some or all of the words:  (WEDI) representing X12, which focuses on improving the quality of healthcare through effective and efficient information exchange and management. She also is a member of the Healthcare Information Technology Standards Panel The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Healthcare Information Technology Standards Panel (HITSP) was created in 2005 as part of efforts by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC, part of the US Department of Health and Human Services) to  (HITSP) Work Groups, where she participates in emerging national healthcare initiatives.

Miller was an instrumental member of the Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for HIPAA development team.
