Paychex Acquires Time and Attendance Product Line; Paychex Purchases `Time in a Box' from Florida-based Stromberg.

Paychex, Inc., a leading national provider of payroll and human resource services, today announced that it has acquired the Time in a Box product line from Stromberg, a market leader in time and attendance and employee management solutions based in Lake Mary, Florida. Time in a Box is a Windows-based time and attendance solution for small- to medium-sized businesses.
