Paxson Communications adds two television stations to its Infomall Television Network; inTV expands to 36 TV stations as Paxson adds stations in Minneapolis and Albany.

Commenting on the two announced acquisitions, Chairman Lowell "Bud" Paxson said: "The acquisition of WOCD TV-55 and KXLI TV-41 are part of our focused strategy of bringing inTV into every major television market. We are very pleased to expand Paxson's inTV presence to Albany and Minneapolis-St. Paul, the 14th largest television market."

In addition to Paxson's rapidly expanding Infomall Television Network, Paxson's other media holdings, after completing these and other previously announced acquisitions, include the operation of 38 radio stations (34 in the state of Florida) as well as six radio networks, 333 billboard locations throughout Tampa and Orlando and the operation of two network-affiliated television stations in West Palm Beach.
