loads effortlessly, uses an easy-set electric eye for label registration, and has quick activation for highly efficient and productive garment labeling. As a result, manufacturers can accelerate time to market for their latest tag-free products.

Now more than ever, application speed and manufacturing efficiency is top of mind for manufacturers looking to meet the growing demand for heat-transferred labels. In response, Paxar HS70 TRR was developed as an easy-to-use, reliable and cost-effective tool for fast and high-precision transfer placement. Its state-of-the-art capabilities offer the speed and up-time needed to increase productivity, as well as easy adjustments that allow for labeling flexibility over a wide variety of transfers and garments. Key features include:

* Short dwell time The time cargo remains in a terminal's in-transit storage area while awaiting shipment by clearance transportation. See also storage.  - It takes between 0.5 and 4 seconds to seal a label of decoration to a finished garment or in-process fabric.

* Quick cycle time - After cycle, the machine is instantly ready for the next garment as soon as the operator can feed it.

* Bottom heating option - Heat can be applied to both the top and bottom. Dual heat reduces seal time and can increase throughput.

* Simple control panel screen - Displays mode, status, resettable and non-resettable counters, dwell time, and heat actual and set values. There is a separate control to regulate air pressure.

* Operator adjustments - Include dwell time, temperature and applicator pressure. Dwell time and temperature settings are password-protected to prevent operators from accidentally changing machine set up.

* Easy threading - Patented self-centering mechanism allows operator to change cores and remove waste quickly.

* Registration censor censor (sĕn`sər), title of two magistrates of ancient Rome (from c.443 B.C. to the time of Domitian). They took the census (by which they assessed taxation, voting, and military service) and supervised public behavior.  - Detects black, white, or colored marks on film or paper carriers.

"Paxar has always prided itself on creating and delivering the most innovative and complete range of labeling solutions. With the growing trend to transfers replacing traditional labels, the Company, naturally, has made significant investments in the development of heat transfer label production," said Susan Guerin, President of Paxar's Americas Apparel Group. "In designing the HS70 TRR applicator, we took into account the need for manufacturers and contractors to increase their speed and responsiveness to the market for heat transfers. This meant providing a reliable tool that would help them build competencies at their production sites, offer ease of use and manufacturing flexibility, and reduce operating costs operating costs nplgastos mpl operacionales . We're very excited about the great value that this solution can offer our customers."

Designed for table-top use, Paxar HS70 TRR is compact and durable. The applicator head incorporates a non-stick Teflon[R] coating to ensure that the labels are transferred cleanly clean·ly
