Pavarini will do construction on Grand Central office tower.

Kipp-Stawski, Inc. announced that Pavarini Construction Co., Inc. will serve as construction manager for the developer's new 25-story, 360,000 sf Class A office tower at 360 Madison Ave. The glass and steel tower will rise over the northwest corner of E. 45th St. and Madison Ave.

Located in the heart of Midtown's super-hot Grand Central district, where the market availability rate for Class A properties just hit a 15-year low of less than 5%, 360 Madison is projected for completion in the fourth quarter of 2001.

Founded in 1896 in Washington, DC, Pavarini Construction is led by construction industry titans Gene and Eric McGovern, and is currently headquartered in Greenwich, CT. The firm played a pivotal role in the development of such prestigious NYC NYC
