Paula Bowers Joins Encomia as Business Development Consultant.

Company Adds Proven Sales Leader to Rapidly Growing Staff

HOUSTON -- Encomia, a provider of end-to-end eMortgage technology, has named Paula Bowers business development consultant.

Bowers brings more than 16 years of experience in sales, management and customer relationship development to Encomia's rapidly growing national sales team. As business development consultant, she will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in the warehouse lending and custodial markets. Additionally, Bowers will cultivate strategic customer relationships and work with Encomia's enterprise team to leverage eVault business vertically in all accounts.

Bowers' extensive industry experience includes more than 9 years at Amherst, N.Y.-based MBMS Inc., a leading provider of documentation tracking solutions for custodians, vault managers and mortgage bankers. As business development consultant, Bowers was responsible for cultivating strategic business partnerships, identifying and executing on new business opportunities and measuring customer satisfaction. Bowers also served as customer relationship manager and senior applications specialist for MBMS. She has worked for Amherst-based CompuSource Systems Inc., Niagara Falls, N.Y.-based GLCC Federal Credit Union and Pitts-Med Federal Credit Union.

Bowers has played an important role in furthering the industry's path towards eMortgages. She is a member of the Mortgage Banking Association (MBA) and holds seats on the document custodian, MERS and agency subcommittees.
