Patti J. DeGennaro Promoted To President and Chief Executive Officer of Title Alliance, LTD.

MEDIA, Pa. -- The Board of Directors of Title Alliance[R], Ltd, announced this month that Patti J. DeGennaro has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of TA Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary companies, including Title Alliance[R], Ltd., T.A. Title Insurance Company, Title Abstract Company of Pennsylvania, TA Financial Services and 1031 Corp.

Patti DeGennaro has served the company and its affiliates since 1985 where she was instrumental in developing the Pittsburgh office of the Financial Services Division. Patti's introduction to this industry was as a Petroleum Landman and Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent. Patti's entire working career has centered on the real estate market and she has been involved in all aspects of the title insurance process. Her experience ranges from working as a title researcher to her current position of overseeing operation for the company.

Patti holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Paralegal Certificate from Duquesne University. Her undergraduate degree is in Economics and Regional Planning from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Patti is a licensed Title Agent in 12 states and is a member of Real Estate Settlement Providers Council (RESPRO), National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers (PAMB) and PA Land Title Association (PLTA).
