Patriot project nearly done.


REMI Companies announced that construction of Patriot Park II in Manalapan, N.J. is nearing completion. Development of this flex office and warehouse facility commenced earlier this summer and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2004.

Patriot Park II is an expansion of Patriot Park, one of the region's most successful office/warehouse parks, which is located at 227 Route 33 West. When completed, Patriot Park II will total 56,000 s/f, including two, 28,000 s/f units, each with 700 s/f of office space.
