FCNB Bank Provides Significant Support to Enable Patriot to Expand

InfoSec Training Facility and Increase Professional Services Efforts

Armed with significant backing from FCNB Bank, Patriot Technologies is expanding its professional services offerings to its clients and expanding its new, Frederick, Maryland-based information security training center. Terms of the financial arrangement were not disclosed.

Since its founding in 1995, Patriot Technologies' business has seen significant growth and currently provides advanced information security professional and consulting services to over 400 clients including the U.S. Departments of Justice and Interior, UUNet and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

In July, Patriot Technologies was awarded the coveted designation as an authorized training center (ATC) for Check Point Software Technologies. As an ATC, Patriot Technologies' certified instructors provide advanced information security training on Check Point's family of products to both its commercial and federal customers.

Patriot Technologies carries Check Point's products on its GSA schedule, GSA Schedule Number (GS-35F-4363D), for easy purchasing access by government agencies and departments.
