Bethancourt, Vice President of Texaco and President of Worldwide Production Operations. In his new assignment, Blough will be responsible for acquiring and divesting producing properties, as well as interfacing with the other worldwide upstream business units to support all transactional activities associated with portfolio management. Additionally, Blough will work with the Corporate Development team to assess corporate-level merger and acquisition activities.
