Bentley is a 21 year veteran of the residential real estate industry and is currently the compliance officer for Houlihan Lawrence. Bentley began her real estate career as a sales associate at Bixler Real Estate, a firm later acquired by Coldwell Banker. Her professionalism propelled her through the ranks and she was promoted to office manager at Coldwell's Katonah location. She joined Houlihan Lawrence in 1994 as office manager of the firm's Katonah office and is currently the firm's Compliance Officer. Bentley serves as director of the WCBR, where she is chair of the professional standards committee and an instructor at the organization's education center. Additionally, she plays an integral part within the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR NYSAR New York State Association of REALTORS NYSAR New York Search and Rescue ) where she has chaired several committees, and she is a member of the National Association of REALTORS The National Association of Realtors (NAR) is made up of residential and commercial realtors who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, and counselors, and others working in the real estate industry. Bentley obtained her undergraduate degree from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland History Founded in 1873 by the School Sisters of Notre Dame, the College of Notre Dame stands as one of the oldest institutions of higher education for women in the United States. . She earned a Masters at the University of Bridgeport University of Bridgeport is a private, non-sectarian university in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA.
