The paperwork involved is a tremendous hassle, and we've had difficulties with collections. We know that Per-Se has been instrumental in helping other pathology groups increase their revenue, especially through the practice of professional component billing. We are confident that Per-Se will help us get proper compensation for the services we provide in the lab."

Professional component billing involves charging the patient or the patient's insurer for each clinical procedure performed in the laboratory on the patient's behalf.
