Patchy tympanosclerosis (cosmetic). (Otoscopic Clinic).


The otoscopic view is that of a right ear in a patient with no symptoms or hearing loss. The pars tensa features patches of opaque, white-appearing material as well as a small area of near-normal appearance anteriorly an·te·ri·or
