PatchLink Achieves Record Q3 Growth; Market Leader Refines Business Strategy, Resulting in Rapid Growth and Customer Wins.

    --  Customers: PatchLink added 155 new customers in Q3 including:
        Hitachi America, Ltd., Globix, Yellow Book, Gaylord
        Entertainment, The Motley Fool, The Marcus Corporation,
        Lockheed Martin, US Environmental Protection Agency, US Navy,
        Berkshire Associates Inc., Bank of the Philippine Islands,
        Youngnam University (Korea), among others. PatchLink has added
        over 500 new customers since January 1, 2005. PatchLink's
        customer's renewal rates remain high at 90 percent.

    --  Leadership: Several new management changes were announced
        including:

        --  Appointment of software veteran executive Corey M. Smith
            as president and CEO

            marketing

        --  Appointment of Suzanne Swanson as senior vice president of

    --  Partnerships: PatchLink continues to expand its strong OEM
        partnerships with Novell and Harris Corporation while also
        adding new global partners including:

        --  PatchLink joined the Cisco NAC program and will be
            expanding its relationship with Cisco.

        --  PatchLink and Siemens signed an agreement whereby Siemens
            will sell PatchLink products and services in Europe.
