Partnerware Announces Executive Management Team; Seasoned Team To Drive Customer-Driven Strategy And Define Channel Management Market.

Under the vigorous leadership of President and CEO Donna Troy, the new Partnerware team will continue its leadership role in the booming channel management market.

In a related announcement, Partnerware today introduced a new customer-driven strategy for the channel management market. To date, vendors have been out of touch with customer needs by prescribing a rigid, one-size-fits-all technology solution to channel management. Partnerware's executive management team includes well-known industry leaders from a wide range of channel management, software and service disciplines. The Partnerware executive management team includes:

Donna Troy- President and Chief Executive Officer- Troy was appointed President and CEO of Partnerware in March 2001. Before joining Partnerware, Troy was at Tivoli Systems, an IBM company, where she served as Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Alliances. In that role she was responsible for Tivoli's channel strategy, routes to market and overall partner programs. Including her Tivoli experience, Troy worked at IBM for 22 years. Prior to joining Tivoli, she was Vice President of Solution Developer Alliances, managing the overall IBM relationship with the largest independent software vendors around the world.

Keith Fern-Chief Financial Officer- Keith Fern brings comprehensive financial and leadership experience to head Partnerware's Finance and Accounting team. In this position, Fern is responsible for all financial activity of the company, as well as the management of operational and administrative functions. Prior to joining Partnerware, Fern worked for NationsBank, NationsBanc Montgomery Securities and Banc of America Securities. Fern worked with a variety of clients, generating and executing capital raising transactions and providing strategic advisory services.

Chuck Smith- Vice President, Operations- With over 22 years of experience, Smith brings valuable knowledge to shape the design and construction of market development fund software automation. Smith is responsible for managing financial reporting and planning and building large-scale channel management systems both domestically and internationally in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Partnerware, Smith worked in Finance, Sales Operations and Channel Management for IBM. During his tenure, Smith helped build and influence many of the channel management systems for IBM.

Rip Greenfield-Vice President, Professional Services- Rip Greenfield is responsible for customer satisfaction, engagement delivery and expansion of the company's service offerings. Greenfield was most recently Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services for Motive Communications, where he headed customer service and corporate solution strategy. Bringing 15 years of experience to Partnerware from companies including Motive Communications and Oracle, Greenfield has a diversified background working with customers and suppliers that conduct business utilizing both traditional brick-and-mortar and Web-based approaches.

Chris Crafford-Vice President, Development- Crafford joins Partnerware with more than 22 years of industry experience directing software development and delivering new technologies to market. In addition to his expertise in product development, Crafford has guided the development of advanced component architectures and directed product management activities, marketing consulting and engineering support at Fortune-class corporations in both the US and internationally. Previously, Crafford successfully delivered technology for Unisys, Compaq, Tandem, VeriFone, I2/RightWorks, Emmperative and Iwitness in the United States and Europe.

John Kresky-Vice President, Sales and Marketing- John Kresky brings a wealth of enterprise level solution sales management experience to his role as Partnerware's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, Kresky is responsible for strategic leadership of the sales team, developing cutting-edge sales programs and growing the company's business and customer base. Kresky has more than ten years of experience managing highly effective sales and service organizations. Most recently, Kresky served as Vice President of North American Sales for EXE Technologies, Inc. During his tenure there, he more than doubled the average software contract value, grew license revenue by more than fifty percent annually, and delivered over $100 million in value to his customers.
