The Kodak American Greenways Greenways is a set of three short atmospheric piano works composed by John Ireland in 1937; entitled The Cherry Tree, Cypress and The Palm and May.  Awards Program, a partnership of the Eastman Kodak Company, The Conservation Fund, and the National Geographic Society National Geographic Society

, provides small grants to stimulate the planning and design of greenways in communities throughout America.

Grants may be used for activities such as mapping, ecological ecological

Grants can be used for all appropriate expenses needed to complete a greenway project, including planning, technical assistance, legal and other costs.

Public agencies are eligible to apply, although community organizations will receive preference. Grants up to $2,500 are available; most grants range from $500 to $1,500. The application period for this program runs from March 1, 2005 to June 1, 2005.
