 Realty Group, Inc., along with its strategic partner Cushman & Wakefield, has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Embarcadero Center The Embarcadero Center is a commercial complex of six towers (four office, two Hyatt hotels) and one office tower on a 9.8 acre (39,655 square meters) site that is located in the San Francisco's financial district close to the Embarcadero.  West, 275 Battery Street in San Francisco.

The 475,138 s/f Class A building, owned by TIAA-CREF TIAA-CREF Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association - College Retirement Equities Fund  is adjacent to the four-building, 3 million square-foot mixed-use Embarcadero Center. The 30-story building, currently 85 percent leased, is located in the heart of San Francisco's financial district and has blue chip tenants such as O'Melveny & Myers, Gordon & Rees, Leiff, Cabraser, Heimann, & Bernstein LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  and Chubb Insurance.

Through an alliance with Cushman & Wakefield, JRT provides leasing and asset management services for a portion of TIAA-CREF's national portfolio, totaling more than 100 buildings and over 11 million square feet of office and industrial space.

Greg Smith, executive vice president of JRT Realty, Christopher T. Roeder and Zach Siegel, both senior directors of Cushman & Wakefield, will represent ownership as leasing agent.

"We are extremely excited to be working with TIAA-CREF on a top tier San Francisco asset with such an excellent tenant roster. This will turn out to be a very successful building for the new ownership," said Christopher T. Roeder of Cushman & Wakefield.
