Cushman & Wakefield's Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group orchestrated the sale.

Located within the corporate Valley Road submarket, the four-story, Class A building currently is available for lease. "It is a great repositioning opportunity, and it drew significant bidding," said Jose Cruz, a senior director with the Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group. "Prism and New Boston had competition from several other interested investors."

Situated on approximately 11 acres, 1655 Valley Road features a full-service cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating areas; 580 parking spaces. Corporate neighbors include JVC JVC Victor Company of Japan (or Japan's Victor Company)
