Participating Players Announced for Final Stop on Debut Season of AVP Crocs Hot Winter Nights Indoor Beach Volleyball Tour.

Las Vegas Native and AVP Tour Star Casey Jennings Among Players to Compete Feb. 23 at Indoor Tour's Final Event at Orleans Arena

LAS VEGAS -- The AVP, Inc. (OTCBB:AVPI) (www.avp.com), a lifestyle sports entertainment company focused on professional beach volleyball, today announced its all-star competitors for the final event of the AVP Crocs Hot Winter Nights Indoor Beach Volleyball Tour, hosted by Orleans Arena. The 'Best of the Beach' lineup includes the nation's top beach volleyball players from the AVP Crocs Pro Beach Volleyball outdoor Tour, including former Olympians and contenders for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

Top AVP players Elaine Youngs, Nicole Branagh, Jenny Johnson Jordan and April Ross will compete on the women's side, while Las Vegas native Casey Jennings, Todd Rogers, Mike Lambert and Sean Rosenthal will vie for the men's title.

"It's always great to be back home," Jennings said. "Las Vegas is one of my favorite regular-season tour stops; it's always fun to play there and also see family and friends."

The event will feature a round robin format to determine an individual women and men's champion. There will be four men's players and four women's players with three matches in a pool. Each player will play at least one game with each competitor, before moving on to the finals. Individuals with the best record then move on to the final.

"The indoor tour gives us a unique opportunity to bring the AVP beach lifestyle atmosphere to volleyball fans located in areas we haven't previously visited," said Leonard Armato, CEO and commissioner of the AVP. "While everyone else is sipping cocoa and trying to keep warm, AVP fans will be enjoying the hottest beach parties all winter long."
