Insights and thoughts culled from this roundtable will be used to write a portion of a BusinessWeek Magazine Special Advertising Section on collaborative successes that will appear in the magazine's October 8, 2001 issue.

Participating in this top-level roundtable requires a commitment to participate in the Special Advertising Section with a marketing presence. Reserving a one-page ad unit permits two people to board the special train (with the supply chain member participating in the roundtable and the vendor-partner serving in a support role), and reserving a two-page spread permits four people to board the train - three roundtable participants and a vendor-partner supporter.

Roundtable registrations and ad unit insertion insertion n. the addition of language at a place within an existing typed or written document, which is always suspect unless initialled by all parties.  orders are due by June 15, 2001. A non-refundable registration fee of $3,000 for you and one roundtable participant (or $6,000 for you and three participants) is also due by June 15, 2001. This registration fee includes hotel rooms for you and your guest(s) for the evening of July 18th.
