Parsons Parsons, city (1990 pop. 11,924), Labette co., SE Kans.; inc. 1871. It is a shipping point for dairy products, grain, and livestock. Manufactures include ammunition, wire and paper products, plastics, and appliances. , a Pasadena-based engineering and construction firm, has won the 2005 China Construction and Engineering Luban Award for its Teda Soccer Stadium project. The Luban Award is given by the Ministry of Construction each year to one project that demonstrates excellence in engineering.
