Concern has grown over the past few years about availability of military training ranges and the challenges of encroachment faced by our military. The scope of these projects will be to provide engineering and planning services to integrate all operational and environmental considerations, consequently providing the Navy with an integrated training complex management model that will enhance operational capabilities and environmental stewardship The integration and application of environmental values into the military mission in order to sustain readiness, improve quality of life, strengthen civil relations, and preserve valuable natural resources. . Parsons will incorporate various planning processes and tools to reinforce communications between the Navy and the public, and will focus on worldwide range management, environmental products and studies, natural and cultural resource plans, and sustainability of training facilities.

Parsons brings significant experience in military operations, and an integral understanding of Navy and Marine Corps operational and training requirements to these projects. This expertise, coupled with substantial environmental, engineering and project management skills, is necessary to integrate the widely varied disciplines needed to support range sustainability. Parsons' past experience and familiarity with a wide variety of Department of Defense projects provide the right background and proficiency for the development of range complex management and environmental products.
