Parsons enters booming Philippines telecommunications market.


MANILA, Philippines--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 1995--Parsons International Ltd. (PIL (Publishing Interchange Language) A standard for document interchange that defines the placement of text and graphics objects on the page. It does not address the content of the objects.

) will provide architecture, engineering and construction management services for the development of a $50 million telecommunications project that includes 11 multiple-story buildings located throughout the Philippines.

PIL's work covers the initial phase of development, which is about 25 percent of the total franchised lines.

The 11 buildings, which vary in design from facility to facility, are built around the specialized telecommunications equipment provided and installed by SMART. The facilities are located in the cities of Pasay, Paranque, Muntinlupa, San Fernando San Fernando, city, Argentina
