Parsons Prime Subcontractor to DynCorp International on AFCAP Award.


PASADENA, Calif. -- Parsons, a global leader in international reconstruction efforts, announced that it is a prime subcontractor to DynCorp International DynCorp International[2] is a United States-based private military contractor (PMC) and aircraft maintenance company.
