Parsons Brinckerhoff announced that Thomas F. Peyton has been appointed as senior technical manager in the firm's New York office. (Management Who's News Personnel).


Parsons Brinckerhoff Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) is a planning, engineering, program and construction management organization. The company has been involved in planning and designing some of the world's largest public works projects, such as Boston's Big Dig, Britain's rail system Network Rail;  announced that Thomas F. Peyton has been appointed as senior technical manager in the firm's New York New York, state, United States

Peyton has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in tunnel engineering. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, Peyton served as vice president of construction engineering at a major construction firm.

Peyton holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Columbia University Columbia University, mainly in New York City; founded 1754 as King's College by grant of King George II; first college in New York City, fifth oldest in the United States; one of the eight Ivy League institutions.  and an M.B.A. from Pace University.
