Distinguished Air Force Officer Joins Parsons as International

Sector Vice President

Parsons has announced that Major General (ret.) Earnest O. Robbins has joined the Parsons team as International Sector Vice President and Manager for the Systems, Defense and Security Division of the Infrastructure and Technology Group, one of Parsons' primary business units.

As Vice President and Manager of the International Defense and Security division, he will be based in the Fairfax/Washington DC area and will be responsible for Parsons' international projects such as the Russian de-militarization work in Shchuch'ye, reconstruction projects in Bosnia and Kosovo, and on-going tasks in Iraq. He has testified in many Congressional hearings in support of Air Force facility and infrastructure issues and is an accomplished speaker, having addressed many military, academic, and professional audiences.
