Properties announced that it has leased a combined 150,892
s/f of retail space at the new Parkway 70 Plaza in Brick, N.J. Costco Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ: COST) is the largest membership warehouse club chain in the world based on sales volume, headquartered in Issaquah, Washington, United States,[1] with its flagship warehouse in nearby Seattle. has signed a lease to occupy 143,000 s/f and Houlihan's Houlihan's is a Leawood, Kansas-based American bar and grill restaurant chain. The first Houlihan's opened on Valentine's Day in 1972 on Kansas City's Country Club Plaza, and is now in 21 states. Costco will be relocating to Parkway 70 Plaza from its existing
location at Route 88 and 70, while Houlihan's will be opening its
first restaurant ever in Ocean county as part of its aggressive ongoing
expansion within the state of New Jersey.
Joseph D. Morris, vice president of commercial leasing and
marketing of Edgewood Properties, commented, "We are excited to
welcome Costco and Houlihan's to Parkway 70 Plaza. Brick is
currently one of the hottest retail markets in New Jersey and retailers
