Parkinson's dis-ease and otherhealth challenges. While I have not been diagnosed with Parkinson's I have been experiencing what the Neurologist likes to call "Parkinson's-Like Symptoms." I recently have received requests for information on how to approach such health challenges. I would like to share a little insight into how I approach my health challenges and I use this approach with many of my clients no matter what the medical concern. In dealing with such health challenges I recommend focusing on remembering exactly how the body feels and moves in complete health, agility and strength, then locking that in and then having the client continue living in that "current memory" mode. You might have the nervous system remember its original design of well-being and precise communication as well and healthy and then lock that in to the subconscious mind Noun 1. subconscious mind - psychic activity just below the level of awareness subconscious mind, psyche, nous, brain, head - that which is responsible for one's thoughts and feelings; the seat of the faculty of reason; "his mind wandered"; "I couldn't get to live in current memory mode. I do this very same thing with the Parkinson's-like symptoms I was experiencing that the neurologist couldn't quite figure out the cause since they do not relate to the spinal tumor Spinal tumors are neoplasms located in the spinal cord. They are mostly metastases from primary cancers elsewhere (commonly breast, prostate and lung cancer). Primary tumors may be benign (e.g. hemangioma) or malignant in nature. I have "nullified nul·li·fy tr.v. nul·li·fied, nul·li·fy·ing, nul·li·fies 1. To make null; invalidate. 2. To counteract the force or effectiveness of. " through hypnosis. I sometimes experience periods of involuntary movement of all of my limbs, especially when I am over-tired. A wonderful tool for accomplishing this "lock-in" state is to identify when the medication I take hits an effective level that stops or greatly reduces the symptoms, I lock that physical awareness of well-being in at a cellular level and then it becomes my reality. I do this with everything. This is what I did with heart medication many years ago and also with the Parkinson's-like symptoms and the pain medication meant to handle pain from the tumor I was diagnosed with on the spinal nerve spinal nerve n. Any of 31 pairs of nerves emerging from the spinal cord, each attached to the cord by two roots, anterior or ventral and posterior or dorsal, the latter provided with a spinal ganglion. root. It is a very empowering and clarifying concept to keep in mind that most illnesses are the same illness to some extent. Sure there are specific symptoms for everything but in dealing with the core items that every client with a medial concern has, you soon discover that the same issues are true for almost every single one. Listen to the clients talk about their diagnosis and you will get a wealth of information on how to approach their particular health concerns. Mindful breathing is also an effective tool in finding that balance point of well-being and energizing energizing, adj giving energy to; revitalizing; rejuvenating. health. I use several different techniques depending on my mood or what feels right in the moment. Mindful breathing techniques are a great tool when symptoms flare up flare up Verb 1. to burst suddenly into fire 2. Informal to burst into anger Verb 1. flare up with me. I hope these ideas are of some help in your practice and in your personal life. Allow Your Dreams ... James Duncan James or Jim Duncan is the name of:
