Are your parks a haven for inappropriate conduct and solicitation solicitation

 Gerald Boudreaux, director of parks and recreation for the city, 12 arrests were made. When a similar investigation was conducted last fall, 35 people were charged with incidents ranging from inappropriate behavior to solicitation. Boudreaux says the periodic investigations are an attempt to keep the parks clear of such behavior. His department also increases security in these areas by installing cameras in the lighting facilities and taking down license plate numbers of parked cars.
