City (pop., 2000: 8,008,278), southeastern New York, at the mouth of the Hudson River. The largest city in the U.S.
 Chapter members, along with friends, family and industry colleagues, recently joined together with the NY Junior League to fast forward improvements to the Jackie Robinson Park playground in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Upper Manhattan.

This is the second year the Chapter has participated in the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Citywide "It's My Park!" Day along with thousands of other New Yorkers who got down and dirty at city parks and volunteered their sweat equity Sweat Equity

The equity that is created in a company or some other asset as a direct result of hard work by the owner(s).

 Chapter Community Relations Committee, John D. Markunas, LandAmerica Financial Group LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: LFG) is the third largest title insurance group in the US. It was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Glen Allen, Virginia. , Inc., took the lead as event coordinator. He said, "It takes strong community commitment to give up a Saturday and undertake the hard work entailed in participating in this event."
