Stans as Vice President of Research and Development. In the new position of Vice President of Asian Business Development, Mr. Elliott will be responsible for business development relating to all of the Company's product lines in Asia. This new position for Mr. Elliott will be critical for the Company, as the Company believes that Asia will be the highest growth region for all of its product lines for the long-term future. Mr. Elliott will continue to serve as the President of Nelco Products Pte. Mr. Stans will continue to serve as the Company's Vice President of Engineering and Quality, and he also will continue to report to Mr. Shore. Prior to his appointment as President of Nelco Products Pte. Ltd. and of Nelco Technology (Zhuhai FTZ) Ltd. in August 2005, Mr. Elliott had been the President of Neltec, Inc., Park's high-technology advanced materials business unit located in Tempe, Arizona. Prior to becoming President of Neltec, Inc. in January 2005, Mr. Elliott had over twenty years TWENTY YEARS.
