) announced the appointment of Christopher V. Smith as Director of Operations of its Nelcote, Inc. business unit located in Waterbury, Connecticut. In this position, Mr. Smith will report to Steve Garrette, Park's Executive Director of Global Business Development.

Mr. Smith has almost twenty years of experience in both the printed circuit materials business and the advanced composite materials business with Polyclad Laminates in Franklin, New Hampshire and with Cytec Industries in Havre Havre (hăv`ər), city (1990 pop. 10,201), seat of Hill co., N Mont., on the Milk River; inc. 1892. Founded in 1887 with the coming of the railroad, it is a processing and shipping center for a livestock and wheat region. Agricultural equipment is manufactured, and there are gas and oil fields nearby. de Grace, Maryland. Most recently, he was Engineering Manager at Polyclad Laminates from 1999 to September 2005. From 1995 to 1999 he was Production Superintendent at Cytec Engineered Materials, and from 1988 to 1995 he held various other positions at Cytec Industries. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
