:PKCY) announced that it has entered a new market for its highly successful Fresh Market Manager solution when it premiered the product at the recent International Bakery Industry Exposition (IBIE IBIE International Baking Industry Exposition ). "We received extraordinary interest in the Fresh Market Manager," said CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Randy Fields. "We know the product has excellent applicability to the grocery and convenience store market segments, but the response from the bakery manufacturers was incredible.

"The number of quality prospects from a trade exposition we received from this show has to be a first for the Company," continues Fields. "We have already completed a number of follow-up product demonstrations and have even made a proposal to one of the bakery manufacturers we met for the first time at the IBIE show."

IBIE meets every three years and as a result there is significant interest reviewing the latest in products, services and technology. In the recent show held in Las Vegas, IBIE vendors showcased products and services of 778 companies in its 349,600 net square feet of exhibit space. A total of 19,640 attendees included 3,925 international attendees representing 96 countries.

"Many of the attendees were very interested in understanding how we have reduced costs and improve profitability of bakery items for our grocery customers," notes Fields. "These manufacturers are very interested in being able to do the same cost controls and profitability improvement in the large scale production of perishable products. While we anticipated that these types of businesses were a potential new market for our product, the response we received and the speed at which these organizations have been requesting presentations and pursuing licensing options has far exceeded our expectations. We may even have the opportunity to sign one or two deals and initiate an implementation before the end of the year. On the whole, it was an excellent opportunity to show our products to a large number of prospective bakery manufacturers."
