Parents beg PM for help.
Rachel Williams, 13, suffers from a rare sleep disorder which can stop her breathing without the correct treatment.
The family sold their home in Llanfairpwll, Anglesey, and moved to Columbus, Ohio, last February to give her a chance of life.
Parents, Debbie and Andrew Williams, claim the British system does not have enough expertise or the facilities to treat the disorder and are terrified she will die if she has to return.
The family implored Mr Blair to step in and help secure them a working visa until Rachel is 18.
