) announced today that John Powell Simons has joined the management team as a Senior Advisor In some countries, a Senior Advisor is an appointed position by the Head of State to advise on the highest levels of national and government policy. Sometimes a junior position to this is called a National Policy Advisor. . Mr. Simons is a well respected geologist who has had considerable experience and success drilling multiple concessions on the San Miguel project, Paramount's flagship property, in the 1970's.

John Simons obtained a B.S. He is a Registered Professional Geologist from Wyoming with more than fifty years experience in mineral exploration, mineral property evaluation, and development. He is a partner in a number of Private Corporations that own developed mining deposits and producing mines in Mexico and the western United States.

Previous to this his past experience includes Senior Mining Geologist, Union Pacific Corp., Natural Resources Division, Laramie, as Mining Geologist, Southern Pacific Land Co. San Francisco, CA and Mining Engineer, Kennecott Copper Corporation. He conducted mineral exploration and training of geologists in a joint venture of the United Nations and the CNNR CNNR Center for Neuroscience and Neurological Recovery (Methodist Rehabilitation Center, Jackson, Mississippi)
