Paramount's 51,000 s/f Express move on B'way.


Landlord Paramount Group, Inc. has announced that Business Loan Express, one of the country's largest non-bank small business and commercial lenders, has signed a 51,771 s/f long-term lease at 1633 Broadway.

The firm is relocating its headquarters from 646 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S.  and will occupy its new office space on October 1, 2005.

"Business Loan Express is a rapidly expanding firm that has provided more than $2 billion in financing packages to thousands of companies in 350 industries," said James Vandervliet, Vice President of leasing with Paramount Group.

"The space that Business Loan Express selected at 1633 Broadway will enable the company to continue its expansion for years to come."

Located at 50th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue, several leading corporations make their home at 1633 Broadway, including Morgan Stanley To comply with Wikipedia's , the introduction of this article needs a complete rewrite. , Viacom International Viacom International, Inc. is a current subsidiary of Viacom (as was the case with Viacom's predecessor).
