Paragon Construction International awarded Greg Norman Course contract.

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 1997--Paragon Construction International Inc., was recently selected to handle the 18-hole golf construction of Splendido Taal Golf Course, a Greg Norman designed course located in Tagaytay, Philippines.

In the past, Paragon exclusively worked on golf course construction projects with Jack Nicklaus. This project marks its entryway to work with a range of designers. "We are excited to begin construction of our first Greg Norman designed course," said John Boyd, president of Paragon. "We will put forth 110 percent of our efforts to provide the client with a superior project."

Splendido Taal is being developed by JAKA Tagaytay Holdings Corporation. According to Dennis Decena, of the JAKA Group, "We're thrilled to have Paragon on board. Currently, Paragon is overseeing mass excavation at the site. Construction will then commence on the 18-hole golf course in June 1997. Splendido Taal's estimated completion date is December 1998.
