NaftEL develops and markets navigation system A GPS-based electronic system in a car or truck that provides a real time map of the vehicle's current location as well as step-by-step directions to a programmed destination. This advanced technology also provides graphic or voice commands on portable computers, hand held devices and cellular phones to enable dynamic navigation for persons and vehicles.

NaftEL was established in Israel by Mr. Elie Hantsis and Mr. Naftali Nissani, who combine a wealth of scientific, engineering and business experience. NaftEL currently employs a number of telecommunication and navigation experts including five scientists with PhD degrees.
